授業の到達目標及びテーマ
Encouraging students to use English with confidence is the primary goal. Students will have practice each week with listening, writing, memorizing and the giving of presentations. Students are required to take their own notes, since a textbook will not be used. In the 1st semester, numbers, as they are used when buying things and when telling time, will be studied; in English there are many variations. Students will gain confidence in communicating about common things in everyday life.
授業の概要
この授業の最大の目的は学生が自信を持って英語を話せるようになるという事です。学生は毎回、リスニング、ライティング、暗記、そしてプレゼンテーションする機会を与えられます。教科書は使いませんので、学生は自主的にメモを取ることになります。前期では買い物や時間の表現に使う様々な数字を学習するなど、日常生活において英語で話す際の自信を培います。
